Jo Adams ~ Charity Manager

Jo Adams ~ Charity Manager

Jo joined Time Out Group in 2017 and enjoys working for members and staying in touch with the local community.  Her role as Charity Manager keeps her busy but she always has time to talk to members and listen to what they want from our charity.

Jo has almost 20 years experience in the health and care sector, covering a multitude of senior strategic roles within local government and the NHS.

Jo has a passion for travel and spending time with her family and friends.

Emma Hasson ~ Deputy Manager

Emma Hasson ~ Deputy Manager

Emma became the Deputy Manager at Time Out in October 2023.

She oversees the fantastic team of staff and collaborates closely with members and volunteers.

Her position enables her to participate in numerous sessions and TOG trips, giving her a comprehensive insight into their offerings. Emma is also committed to continuing engagement with the local community through fundraising and events all year round.

Outside of work, her passions include exploring the great outdoors and Formula 1.

Darren Bee ~ Stakeholder Engagement & Volunteer Manager

Darren Bee ~ Stakeholder Engagement & Volunteer Manager

Darren joined us in 2021

Darren manages our external partnerships, stakeholders, community engagement and our team of volunteers.

Darren has extensive experience in Social Care, Youth and Community Work, Community Development, Mental Health, Campaign Leadership and Equality.

He enjoys the outdoors, walking and hill climbing, spending time in his campervan and classic cars.

Jackie Conyers ~ Finance & Fundraising

Jackie Conyers ~ Finance & Fundraising

Jackie joined Time Out Group in 2019 and manages the back office, finance and many things in between.

Jackie has loved getting to know all the members and joins in with lots of activities and fundraisers. Jackie has a nursing background and has also run a community café staffed by volunteers, many with learning disabilities.

When not working Jackie loves to walk her dog and bake cakes.

Katie Neville ~ Finance Operations Officer

I joined the team in November 2024 as the Finance Operations Officer. I’ll be working closely with the team to provide finance and administration support. I have many years of experience providing support to businesses.

Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family, dogs and friends and also love anything makeup and beauty related.

Abbie Bailey ~ Senior Activity Coordinator & Administrator

Abbie Bailey ~ Senior Activity Coordinator & Administrator

Abbie started volunteering with us in 2017 during her Health & Social Care training.

In 2018, we were thrilled to have her join as our Administrator and Activity Coordinator. She has since taken on the roles of Senior and Tutor. Abbie takes pleasure in helping members enhance their skills and she loves joining them on Time Out Group trips, often engaging in friendly competition during activities.

During her personal time, Abbie loves to spend moments with her spirited cats, Winnie and Binx.

Anna Clough ~ Senior Activity Coordinator & Administrator

Anna Clough ~ Senior Activity Coordinator & Administrator

Anna joined Time Out Group in 2022. She has previously worked in many roles both with children and adults from all walks of life and believes in empowering others, being open about mental health and embracing differences. She also believes in the power of community, music and playfulness to bring people together and improve wellbeing.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys dog walks, bike rides and spending time in nature, as well as creative things and going on adventures.

Debbie Gilleen ~ Senior Activity Coordinator

Debbie Gilleen ~ Senior Activity Coordinator

Debbie joined Time Out Group in 2020

Debbie has a Diploma and Foundation Degree in Counselling.

She is passionate about people having a voice and having the support they need; working together in a fun educational way to bring counselling and mental health into the open.

In her spare time she volunteers for the Samaritans, loves travelling anywhere and enjoys spending time with her dog, Oscar.

Ruth Buckley ~ Activity Coordinator

Ruth Buckley ~ Activity Coordinator

Ruth became a volunteer at the Time Out Group for our Active Wednesday sessions in November 2021.

She has greatly enjoyed her time working with our members and we were thrilled when she advanced to the role of Activities Coordinator in July 2023.

As an avid gardener, animal enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors, Ruth is excited about her future endeavors with us.

Libby  Summers Johnston ~ Senior Activities Coordinator

Libby Summers Johnston ~ Senior Activities Coordinator

Libby started at Time Out Group as a volunteer before joining the team as a member of staff, focusing mainly on outreach projects.

Libby has previously been a teacher and is also a skilled practitioner. She has a wide range of skills when working with young people who have SenD.

In her spare time, Libby enjoys going on walks with friends.
