DRAMA! Sandbach & Handforth

Our Members have increased their communication skills, confidence in social interactions, and ability to express themselves through acting activities and group performances. Through taking part in drama sessions, members have developed stronger relationships with one another, learning how to work together, listen, share ideas, and support each other in a positive and encouraging environment.

Acting has also helped members to build their imagination and creativity, giving them opportunities to explore different characters, situations, and emotions in a fun and engaging way. Many members have become more confident in expressing their thoughts, feelings, and personalities, both within the sessions and in everyday life.

The sessions encourage self-expression, teamwork, confidence-building, and problem-solving, while also helping members feel included, valued, and proud of their achievements. Members continue to grow in confidence each week as they take part in activities that promote communication, creativity, friendship, and personal development.

Tatton Park – Knutsford
Come & Join Us!

We grow our own crops, we even planted trees that will stay in the courtyard for years to come, leaving a lasting Time Out Group mark at Tatton Park for future visitors to enjoy.

Our gardening sessions are always full of laughter, teamwork, fresh air, and a great sense of achievement — and we’d love for more people to join us! Whether you’re looking to meet new people, try something different, spend time outdoors, or simply be part of a friendly and welcoming group, these sessions are for everyone.

You don’t need to be a member yet to get involved, so if this sounds like something you’d enjoy, please get in touch through our website or phone number and come along to a future session!

A huge thank you to Joe and everyone at Tatton for all their help and support. 💚

Joe – “I’m an RHS trained gardener with past experience working in mental health, and a believer in the power of plants. Gardening and time in nature is proven to promote calm and reduce stress, stimulate multiple senses and restore focus. My sessions offer a range of accessible activities to suit different individuals, ranging from a full body workout digging over soil, to utilising fine motor skills sowing delicate seed, to simply exploring the grounds enjoying the outdoors. Horticulture provides the immediate satisfaction of a job well done, as well as the delayed pay-off seeing your work produce fruit and flowers over months and years to come and a connection to the natural rhythm of the seasons. I believe that Horticulture is for everyone; whatever the budget, time or space constraints you can grow something beautiful!”
