I like to sing and dance and meet new friends. Can I do that at Time Out Group?
We offer sessions throughout the week designed for making new friends and, on Thursdays, we host a social evening filled with singing and dancing. At Time Out Group, we aim for all members to have a great time, and we believe that exercising through dance is an excellent method to achieve this.
I have a personal carer can I bring them with me?
Absolutely, upon joining Time Out Group, these topics will be addressed during your visit. We are eager for you to meet our team members and explore our sensory garden. We can cover this and address any other questions you may have.
What kind of trips do you have?
We offer a variety of trips that are accessible to all members through a booking system. For example, recent trips included a visit to the Sea Life Aquarium, going ten-pin bowling, and a visit to the Gauntlet Birds of Prey Centre.
I don’t have much confidence and I am shy, will I fit in?
We aim for every member to feel secure and supported in building their confidence. At Time Out Group, we recognise the feelings you describe of joining a new group. Rest assured, both our team and fellow members will be there to help you.
Do I have to pay to come to a session?
Yes, we do charge a small fee to join a session. If you have any questions or worries about this we can talk about this during your sign-up meeting. Please don’t be discouraged as we are able to provide flexible payment options if needed.
