Emergency Carer’s Response

Do you worry about who would look after the person you care for if you were suddenly taken ill?

Peaks and Plains Trustlink Service runs the Cheshire East Carers’ ACE (Alert Card for Emergencies) scheme which provides support and peace of mind for carers and those they care for in an emergency.  An ACE card with an emergency contact umber is given to every carer who signs up to the scheme and an emergency plan is agreed.  It is free to register for this scheme.

To find out more and join the ACE card service, please contact Peaks and Plains Trustlink Service: 01625 428433
